SOILMIXING

   Minimize
SoilMixing is a method for changing ground characteristics by combining cement slurry with the soil in situ. The aim consists in producing soil/cement mixture elements, panels or columns.

TYPES OF MEASUREMENT

The instrumentation on the job site simply, reliably and accurately controls, measures and records :

  • Depth.
  • Inclination.
  • Concrete pressure, flow rate and volume.
  • Torque.
  • Rotation.
  • Mixing parameters: rotations per metre.
  • Volume per metre.
  • Panel or column deviations.

THE INSTRUMENTS

The LT3 and the DIALOG are used for SoilMixing applications.

THE SENSORS

Specific sensors are used to record the different parameters : the F89 for depth, the IA1620 for inclination, the EDHxx + SP100 + C16xx for concrete pressure, flow rate and volume, the C16400 for rotational torque, the VR28 for speed of rotation, and the PRAD for information on column or panel deviation

THE SOFTWARE

The EXSMX and DXSMX software is used for data application purposes; it generates and provides a simple display of the various parameters.
