In particular, it offers the possibility to check the parameters and the quality of the work in progress thanks to the operator's screen view.</div>

	<p>It is an efficient aid for Kelly piles, auger cast piles and mine or quarry parameters. It enables an accurate inclination and drilling direction control, independently of the positioning of the machine.</p>
<p>The NORMA2 relies entirely on GPS for orientation determination, so it is insensitive to magnetic interference and nearby metal objects.<br />
No effort or additional calculation is required, the driller controls the positioning of the mast on the screen of the DIALOG.</p>

	<h3 style="text-align: justify;">Sensors for measuring the deviation of piles</h3>
<p>Experts in auger or Kelly piles are aware of this: the verticality of the structures may need to be carefully controlled when making secant piles and certain types of isolated piles. For this, Jean Lutz has designed two new measurement systems: <strong>Prad and Taupe</strong> sensors.</p>
<p>The <strong>Prad</strong> sensor fits both the auger and Kelly at the bottom of the tool. It measures the deviation and the bottom pressure: at each ascent of the drilling, the Prad transmits the data by radio to a computer and display interface installed in the machine's cabin - typically the Dialog interface.<br />
Jean Lutz SA devices are able to manage data transfer to the supervisory offices of the company, and  to receive instructions or operating procedures, and produce configurable reports.</p>

	<p>In the case of Kelly piles, the Prad provides measurements are transmitted after each ascent, close to real time each time the bucket comes out of the excavation.<br />
For continuous auger piles, data transfer occurs only once the pile is complete, after drilling and concreting. The operator then has all the information that will allow him to better reposition the next pile, to consider the possible deviation of just finished pile. It can also adjust the amount of concrete to be injected.</p>
<p>The <strong>Taupe</strong> measurement system, specific to augers, <strong>measures and transmits in real time</strong> all the information of deviation and pressure of concrete: adjustments during drilling and concreting are possible.<br />
The transmission of data between the bottom and the head of the auger is ensured during the construction of the pile by a single-stranded conductor, which will be put in place along the auger.</p>
<p><strong>Prad and Taupe sensors use advanced technologies based on accelerometers and gyroscopes.</strong></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">CINTAC 15 is a device for measuring, controlling and recording injection parameters.<br />
Equipped with a large touch screen with a graphical intuitive interface, its use extends from the measurement and the recording of the parameters (pressure, flow, volume) to the control of the pumps (regulation of the pressure and the flow), as well as controlling and following complex instructions.</p>
<p>CINTAC can control and manage up to 12 pumps.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The NEMO BT is a deviation and inclination sensor for grabs.<br />
It is equipped with a Bluetooth radio transmitter and a battery. In the absence of communication (immersed sensor), the measured values ​​are stored in the internal memory of the NEMO BT, they are transmitted from the sensor to the device.</p>

	<p style="text-align: justify;">The three main axes of deviations are measured:</p>
<ul>

<li style="text-align: justify;">the deviation due to the rotation of the bucket around its own axis</li>

<p>The trajectory of the grab is calculated by integrating the inclinations as a function of depth and rotation as a function of time. The algorithms of the DIALOG MX correct the systematic errors generated by the sensors.</p>
<p>The DIALOG MX TRB set includes 2 sensors: a depth sensor and the NEMO BT sensor installed on the grab.<br />
The NEMO BT sensor measures the inclination of the grab (inclinometers) and its rotation (gyroscope). During the descent of the grab into the wall, the NEMO BT sensor stores its internal measurements in memory. When the grab returns to the surface, the NEMO BT sensor transmits its measurements to the DIALOG MX which displays the trajectory followed by the grab (horizontal &amp; vertical deviation and top view for rotation). The measurements are simultaneously saved in memory by the DIALOG MX.</p>
