Soil mixing
Soil mixing is a method of modifying the soil by mixing a cement grout with the soil in place. The objective is to form modification with mixed elements of soil / cement, panels or columns.
Parameters
On-site instrumentation measures and records in a simple, reliable and precise way:
- The depth
- The inclination
- The pressure, flow and volume of the concrete
- The rotation torque
- Rotation speeds
- Mixing parameters: turns per meter
- Volume per meter
- The deviation of panels or columns
Devices
The device suitable for measuring and recording soil mixing:
- The DIALOG MX
Sensors
The recording of the various parameters and the control are ensured by specific sensors:
- The F82 for the depth
- The VR28 for rotational speed
- The C16 400 for the torque
- The RHTC16 associated with the C16 400 for pump parameters
- EDH associated with SP 100 and C16 for pressure, flow and grout volume
- The IGH1620 for inclination
- The PRAD for column or panel deviation
