Parameters

On-site instrumentation measures and records in a simple, reliable and precise way:

  • The depth
  • The inclination
  • The pressure, flow and volume of the concrete
  • The rotation torque
  • Rotation speeds
  • Mixing parameters: turns per meter
  • Volume per meter
  • The deviation of panels or columns

Devices

The device suitable for measuring and recording soil mixing:

  • The DIALOG MX

Sensors

The recording of the various parameters and the control are ensured by specific sensors:

  • The F82 for the depth
  • The VR28 for rotational speed
  • The C16 400 for the torque
  • The RHTC16 associated with the C16 400 for pump parameters
  • EDH associated with SP 100 and C16 for pressure, flow and grout volume
  • The IGH1620 for inclination
  • The PRAD for column or panel deviation
