Injection EN
Injection
The injection of grout into the cavities of the soil or rock is called injection. The type of injection, the quantity, the time and the pressure must be adjusted to the ground or rock conditions and constantly checked.
Injections are also used for the stabilization of soils, rocks and tunnels.
Parameters
On-site instrumentation measures and records in a simple, reliable and precise way:
- Pump control
- The flow and volume of the grout
- The pressure of the grout
Devices
The devices suitable for injection work are all built with particularly robust materials and protected by stainless steel weatherproof housings:
- The DIALOG MX (1, 2 and 4 lines)
- The DPV (1 line)
- The BAP (1, 2 and 4 lines)
- The CINTAC (1, 2, 4 and 12 lines)
Sensors
The recording of the various parameters and the control are ensured by specific sensors:
- EDH for flow rate and grout volume
- SP 100 associated with C16 50 for grout pressure
Piloting
